For the love of English…
I don’t know who started this, but all over television, people are pronouncing the word “divisive” as “duh-viz-uv“. Most dictionaries don’t even allow that as an alternate pronunciation. It is “dah-vice-iv”. Just been driving me nuts. Sorry.
