Me doing a blurry Doctor Who pose

Right, so, here’s me — hopefully you notice I’ve dropped all the weight (and by the way, I didn’t really even try to diet — drink coffee, as it is an appetite depressant, and don’t snack, and just cut calories) doing a blurry Doctor Who pose thing. Because Doctor Who is cool (bow ties are cool…”Matt Smith is really growing on me…”…I’ll take “Things Whovians Say” for $200, Alex…). Mad props to my mom because I dunno what it is but even I can’t take a non-blurry photo with my iPhone, and she has some motor control problems (not too bad for her age, though, I’ll tell ya!) for taking the picture. Anyway…One more, just one more — is this world protected? Hello. I’m The Doctor. Basically…run.”

Me posing as The Doctor with my sonic screwdriver

I’ll just sonic it.

…and Contact Form Back Up with CAPTCHA

Okay, I have put the contact form back up with a basic CAPTCHA function; hopefully this will solve the spamming problem. If not, down it goes again.

Contact Form temporarily disabled

Sorry, folks, someone’s trying to take advantage of my contact form. I think it’s a certain prick who once had a healthy cocaine habit — if he doesn’t stop, I’ll let you know his name — and I’ve got an IP sniffer on him now, so I can mail his ISP and inform them he’s violating his terms of service. I’ll put one back up with a CAPTCHA form when I get a chance. Y’all know where to find me, anyway, don’t worry. 😉

Doctor Who: The Pandorica Opens — The Doctor’s Speech

Okay, right, so I put up the Akhaten speech, but, I mean, that was a bit of weak episode except for that scene. Well, anyway, point is, if I’m going to put that up, I should put up the epic speech from “The Pandorica Opens”. Text first, again, then video.

“Sorry, sorry, dropped it…HELLO STONEHENGE!! Who takes The Pandorica takes the universe! But, bad news, everyone — cuz guess who!! Ha! Except, you lot, you’re all…whizzing about…it’s really VERY distracting, could you all just stay still for a minute, because I!!! AM!!! TALKING!!!!! Now: The question of the hour is, who’s got The Pandorica. Answer: I do. Next question! Who’s coming to take it from me? C’MMMONN, *look* at me! *No* plan, *no* backup, *no* weapons worth a damn, OH, and — something else — I. Don’t. Have. Anything TO LOSE. So, if you’re sitting up there in your silly little spaceship with all…your…silly…little guns…and you’ve got any plans on taking The Pandorica TONIGHT, just REMEMBER who’s standing in your way. REMEMBER every black day I ever stopped you, and then, AND. THEN. ANNND THEN. — DO the SMART THING…let somebody else try first.”

Doctor Who: The Rings of Akhaten – The Doctor’s Speech

Okay, I’m betting a bunch of you out there want to memorize that kickass monologue from the last Doctor Who (Rings of Akhaten), don’t you? Okay, here it is. Enjoy. The video is at the bottom.

Okay then. That’s what I’ll do. I’ll tell you a story. Can you hear them? All these people who lived in terror of you and your judgment. All these people whose ancestors devoted themselves — sacrificed themselves — *to you*. Can you hear them singing? Oh, you like to think you’re a *God*. Well, you’re not a God — you’re just a parasite, eaten out with jealous, envy, and longing for the lives of others. You *feed* on them. On the memory of love, and loss, and birth, and death, and joy, and sorrow…so…SO…come on then, take mine. Take. My. Memories. But I hope you’ve got a big appetite. Because I have lived a LONG life, and I have seen a *few* things. I walked away from the last Great Time War. I marked the passing of the Time Lords. I saw the *birth* of the universe and I watched as time RAN OUT, moment by moment, until NOTHING remained — NO TIME, NO SPACE, *JUST ME*! I walked in universes where the laws of physics were devised by the mind of a *mad* man. And I’ve watched universes freeze, and creation *burn* — I have seen things you WOULDN’T *BELIEVE* AND I HAVE *LOST* THINGS YOU WILL *NEVER* UNDERSTAND — and I know things. Secrets that must never be told. *Knowledge* that must NEVER be *SPOKEN*! KNOWLEDGE THAT WILL MAKE. PARASITE.GODS. *BLAZE*! SO *COME* ON, THEN!!! TAKE IT!!!! TAKE IT ALL, BABY!!!!! HAVE IT! YOU. HAVE. IT. ALL!!!!!!!!!!

He peed on my rug!

“That’s right, Dude, they peed on your f–king rug.”

And that rug REALLY tied the room together.
