Health Benefits of Chocolate

It’s true. I don’t know how many of you know this, but eating a moderate amount (a MODERATE amount) of dark chocolate every day is quite good for you. It preserves DNA, it helps with cholesterol, a whole bunch of things. Antioxidant, as well. Louis Leakey, the anthropologist, once was asked what he would give apes when greeting them for the first time in the wild, and he said, “A chocolate bar.”

Some of the benefits are listed here, and you can double check on Google or various other legitimate health sites. Remember, dark chocolate. Milk chocolate and white chocolate are way too fatty and contain too little actual cocoa.
