I hit the cancer sticks for most of my life and stopping was literally impossible. I bought all of the stopping aids but nothing did the trick. Then I saw the e cig. The e cig uses a nicotine fluid that has nothing but nicotine. No cancerous substances at all. They have actually improved my life.
